(More customer reviews)I bought this about a year and a half ago. I really love it!! It looks very clean and classy. I paired it with chocolate colored sheets and it looks great! I purchased a similar, much more expensive duvet set from Restoration Hardware before I got this one, and that set seemed to fade in the washing machine and the border flipped up after washing it and I would have to iron it. This bedding set has not given me trouble with either of those things. I'm really happy about this purchase!

(More customer reviews)These drapes are truly a beautiful way to dress a window when you still want to see the view outside but want to accent the inside. I have these in the dinning room long windows where I keep plants along the window inside and rose garden out back.
They do change color with the lighting with a complimentary shading to the shimmer of the fabric, little mirrows accent the center of the burgandy flowers. They are not over stated at all.
The only minus is and it might just be monitor related, is that the color is really gold as seen on the thumbnail image of the drapes folded and they are very delicate.
So if you buy these, the color is gold with burgandy flowers, the color in the room and from outside gives you shades of light bronze,to gold to green. The length is true and came with minimal wrinkles which have smoothed out since hanging.

DII Vintage Weekday Embroidered Flour Sack Towel Set of 7 Review

(More customer reviews)I prefer flour sack dish towels because they do not leave lint on my dishes and glassware. Flour sack dish towels also tend to dry faster after use than other types of fabric.These are reminiscent of the ones my grandmothers embroidered . Seems we always had flour sack dish towels with days of the week in our house.
I only gave 4 stars due to the smaller size. I would have liked them better if they were a bit larger and a bit heavier.
They do look cute hanging on my Home Essentials Over The Cabinet Towel Bar along with my DII Country Essentials Heavyweight Dishcloth, Set of 8. (But cuteness doesn't get the job done-see update below).
These are identical to DII Vintage X-Stitch Embroidered Days-of-Week Floursack Dishtowel, Set of 7 except the price is lower and no picture is available currently. Could be just a glitch.
UPDATE: DEMOTING THESE TO 3 STARS DUE TO SMALL SIZE AND THINNESS OF FABRIC.
Think I will stick with getting my plain white flour sack dish towels from Lehman's. Their's are heavier, larger and more durable and it only takes one to dry dishes after a meal instead of the two these require.

Edmunds Wood Quilt Hoop Review

(More customer reviews)The good hoops are actually several veneer-thin layers of beechwood laminated together. The hoops appear to be "endless circles" like a wedding ring.
This hoop was made by bending a thin strip of wood until the ends of the strip touched each other. Then the ends were crudely stapled to a block of wood. The crummy block is not shown in the picture....Hope that the staples don't tear the fabric!
Also, the holes for the hoop-tightening bolt are mis-aligned, making the hoop hard to tighten and loosen.
