(More customer reviews)I received the software free, thank goodness, when I purchased the Singer Futura 250 package else where. I tried everything except throwing it in the oven. It looks great, fantastic in the cpu, but when you have it stitched through the cpu, it's the most horrible thing a machine has ever done. Any way you look at it, up, upside down, side ways,there is no photo. Sorry singer, someone dropped a cannon on this one. Trust me, do not throw your money away on this.

The quality of bedding was far superior than what I had hoped for. The fabric is very soft, including the fabric on the bumpers. The colors are true to the picture. I haven't washed this set yet so I can't speak to durability. My only complaint is that the blanket is thinner than I had hoped for, but it is soft and not stiff or bulky like other sets I have seen. Overall, I would purchase this again!

At the end I got a printed piece of paper, even without any kind of cover, or folder, or dust wrapper.
Sadly I don't live in the US and it is not really easy to return this product, because in the end I found a website where I can (for a much less price) download the same chart.
Thou, not really happy with this purchase.
