In plain english, if you are hot-natured or in "menopause", you may not want this comforter set. I love the design and it is working for the oriental theme in my bedroom. I do find that I am kicking it off somewhere during the night. But as I stated in the beginning, the price was right. I will reserve these comforters for "guest" rooms.
