It appears I could have gotten this faster if I had gone to the brick and mortar store of this shipper near my home and might have gotten it at a lesser price. I was hoping to get started on using this for Swedish embroidery sooner than today. I'm very disappointed in this shipper as this is the second time they have delayed shipping an order for some unknown reason.

The shipment arrived today, April 21, 2009. The quality of the embroidery floss looks okay. I'm just frustrated with the shipper. They need to improve their customer service BIG TIME!
