Ad says you can choose your color and font style. Not the case for me. I got what they choose despite several emails to seller asking what my choices were.
They are so busy "shipping fast" that they miss the details. Several emails after receipt of wrong item went ignored. I had to open dispute with Amazon to settle. Then after leaving appropriate feedback for seller and the purchased apron, he called my home and finally emailed me to harass me about it. So, they weren't able to communicate with me once they had my money but were rudely able to do so once I left feedback.
Then after leaving seller feedback that was appropriate and true, seller writes a reply to my feedback that was full of lies stating I was rude and foul mouthed to them mentioning in particular a girl I was supposedly foul mouthed to, and that I was requesting special effects font. Not a single ounce of truth here. I never asked for special font, only to know what my choices were and I never once was foul mouthed, spoke to a girl, or even spoke rudely them.
I called them once to ask questions about sizing of an apron before I purchased and spoke to a guy named Donnie (not a girl) and when things went wrong I never called them - I only emailed asking they kindly fix the problem and got ingored. After three emails went ignored, I opened a dispute with Amazon to settle the problem.
Seller (Donnie) is doing his best to cover his end and make customers look bad once a sale goes wrong by their own fault. Nothing worse than someone who can't admit fault and make it right. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they are handled that matters. This seller has no idea how to gracefully accept blame and make ammends to his mistakes. Worse off, he will blame and harass his customers when he messes up.
BUY ELSEWHERE, this seller does not deserve nor appreciate your business and will stick it to you if HE messes up.
