(More customer reviews)The picture doesn't do it justice. The color is actually a true red. The red part of the set has a weave to it that reminds me a lot of a tightly woven linen. The brown is suede. And the stitching has the look of something hand done. Since it's folded back, I was concerned that the patterned part might extend all the way to the top of the comforter. It doesn't. The top is all red, as well. The set definitely makes a statement in the room. I could not be happier!
