(More customer reviews)I replaced my heavy ironing board of 30 years because it was difficult to put up and put down - heavy and awkward which this one is not - it's light in weight and stands sturdy - not wobbly. I'm very happy with it. It doesn't creak and groan like my old one and my daughter liked the up-to-date ironing board cover - I didn't know it but my old ironing board cover screamed the 80's.
